The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We tried to pickup the grill but the weight was more than 100lbs over advertised and my team was not prepared to move the item due to weight.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When I arrived at pick up point item was missing. I was to obtain item from door man and it was not there we both looked for item and could not find. 24 hours later item was found I moved onto next deliver in other states by then.

What a great company! Talk about efficient and caring,,,not to mention friendly. My screen arrived in perfect shape and in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to call Glenandcindy for any of my moves. And they didnt hesitate when I asked them to move another piece of furniture that wasnt even delivered by them...what a great experience!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This provider has not picked up my shipment on several occasions as he had promised. Now I have made 3 attempts to contact him via phone and email and have gotten no response from him. It has been over 4 weeks since he made a promise to pick up the item. I can no longer wait.

This is a completer lie....we have picked up the item when contracted to. We have had it in storage...this customer is NEVER ABLE to accept deliver, nor is he ever reachable by phone or email. not only are we out the money for deliver of the screen but for the storage fees which he has incured with us...sounds like he just changed his mind and no longer wants the screen....shame on you!!

Oh I love these guys! OASIS was my first Uship and I couldnt be happier. They called me twice to confirm. They were right on time and helped me position the piece, even though they had several other apptmt, they made me feel like I was their only customer. And the way they took care of such a large mirror that could easily break was amazing! I hope to use them alot in the future and def will tell my friends. Everyone tells me horror stories with movers. These guys were a dream.. Doreen
