The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We tried to pickup the grill but the weight was more than 100lbs over advertised and my team was not prepared to move the item due to weight.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When I arrived at pick up point item was missing. I was to obtain item from door man and it was not there we both looked for item and could not find. 24 hours later item was found I moved onto next deliver in other states by then.

great family to work with.very flexible with there times.Had blueberry muffins(1 of the best i ate) and water waiting for us!!! would love to work with in the future.

I have had many experiencces on uship..all great. This delivery was outstanding. From the communication of Omar and his partner to the delivery was OUTSTANDING! I will use them over and over again. I was most impressed by how well they took care of a very heavy and somewhat fragile special piece. Just outstanding! I'll be using them again??

I have used uship many times with great experiences but this was the best experience ever! Joseph and Optima Transportation are amazing in every way...great communication...totally professional and so caring of my shipment...I will use them over and over as I can totally trust their work. Bravo!

What can I say about this company? I wish I had them do all my shipments past and future...the absolute best in communication as well as pickup and delivery...but most of all they are a joy to talk with no matter how many times I bothered them! Truly a company that all should rise to be??

amazing guys! joseph and his partner were the most professional and hard working guys ever. They brought a lot of furniture for me over 3 different states and everything was handled with care and responsibility. i would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

What a gem of a mover! So pleasant to work with and such great communication. I would trust Kevin to deliver anything i need. I really enjoyed working with him and he was right on time with delivery even on an icy day. Wonderful!
