I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Other customers failed to honor their 'book it now' shipments that were to accompany this shipment, and on its own is insufficient revenue to make the trip. There have been no other trips in that direction where I could accommodate the bike.

Michael did a good job getting things scheduled and shipped quickly (4 days from start to finish!). Professional guy with good follow through. My bike was well secured and padded. Wouldn't hesitate to have him ship something for me in the future.

Two other shippers backed out of committed shipments with which this shipment was supposed to accompany. We were unable to find replacement shipments to have enough revenue to warrant the follow-through on this shipment. We communicated to our best ability throughout the ordeal, and to Sean's credit, he was very understanding.
