I had a wonderful experience with this shipper. Communication was great and the shipment arrived SUPER FAST all the way from California to Texas. It was carefully transported in the back of van, covered with blankets and handled carfully. I plan on doing business with this shipper again. LOVE them!

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I have no idea why, but this shipper won't respond to my phone calls or my emails. The bid was accepted in mid-December, 2015. Here it is February, 2016 and I have attempted to reach out to this shipper too many times to count. I can't wait any longer. I can't see how this shipper has such a high rating. I would like to know why he treated me this way. We never even talked. He just accepted and then left me hanging for two months. Unbelievable. .

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Not sure what happened, but miscommunication played a part and this shipper arrived too late in the day to pick up this item on the day scheduled, and will not be back in the area again for some time.
