Wow. Jerry and his J-Team Transport are first rate. Jerry does everything right and he was SO accommodating when I found out he would be delivering my antique item to me the week I was on vacation. Jerry kindly switched gears and delivered it to my storage unit, as requested. That's service! I highly recommend Jerry and his team. They are top notch!!

I've used UShip for years and Eric is one of the best shippers out there. What struck me the most was is willingness to go above and beyond to meet my schedule. He drove hours through stormy weather, got very little sleep, and then got back on the road just so he could meet me earlier than planned before I left to go out of town. Rod submitted a very reasonable bid to pick up and deliver this item to me, his timing was perfect, communication by his driver, Eric, was awesome and my antique was delivered to me in perfect condition. My entire experience with King Couriers was awesome! Rod runs a first-rate business with the best drivers ever! My item was picked up on the schedule they set out, and Eric kept me informed the entire time. They even re-scheduled delivery when the first date and time was not convenient for me! Don't know any other shipper that does that! I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the service I received. No complaints. Needless to say, I highly recommend.

What an awesome shipper!! Robert and his team do everything right! When Robert contacted me an hour before delivery, I complained about not having more notice. His response was that the date of delivery was posted when he accepted the bid. I am not used to shippers being that accurate!! My items were well taken care of and they even left it wrapped in one of their blankets. Super job! Highly recommend!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This service provider is non-communicative. I got two texts - one early on and one later, but both came only after I had repeatedly tried to reach them. Since the last text in late December, I have received no response from this shipper. This item has been ready to pick up since early November. I am lucky that the auction house has not forfeited my item.

Greg and his son are great. I was so lucky that they came to my rescue and accepted my bid to get my antique auction item from CA to TX. Up until then, it had been super difficult to find someone at a decent price. Although communication needs improvement, overall, they provided a great, hassle-free experience.
