Shipment was delayed after having problems with the motor in the delivery truck. Being a business owner, I have had times like that and appreciate his endurance to satisify me. Terry was great to work with and I had no real pressing timeline. He was able to pick up the bike before my son's deployment and delivered it to me with no problems. Under ab un-ordinary situations, this company fulfilled their comittment with great results. Semper Fi.
