AMAZING service! If there was a rating above 5 stars, he'd have it. His bid was fair, he called me within a minute of me accepting it to discuss the details, and he was very professional. He kept us very well updated before, during, and after transit, and he had our shipment here early. After 3 months waiting and 2 failed attempts with other shippers, he got our shipment here 3 days after I booked with him! If I ever need anything moved again, I'll come to him first. Thank you!

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time We booked this shipment over a month ago. I have reached out to this shipper several times, and been very patient re: scheduling conflicts and changes. He has been hard to reach/slow to respond on several occasions. He did not show up at the time we arranged for pickup weeks ago, and he has not been able to give us a new pick up date since then.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I set up a pickup date/time with this shipper three times over the last 14 days, and he did not come those 3 times. He was very easy to reach except when he was supposed to be picking up my trailer. On my last attempt to set up the pickup, I talked to him 3 hours before the pickup and he said he would be there. We ordered a spare tire for the trailer and had someone wait after closing because he said he'd be there to get it. When the pickup time came and went, I tried to contact him several
