Thanks Chad. You were a welcome relief after I had to fire my previous shipper for lack of timeliness and lack of communication. I can't believe how quickly you were able to arrange pick up and I truly can't believe how fast you deivered it. Most importantly, you kept every promise you made. You communicated with me and the seller like you said you would, you picked up when you said you would, you took care of my motorcycle and the extra parts and delivered when you said you would.

Chad did exactly what he said he would do and did it exactly when he said he would do it. Professional, courteous, and went out of his way to keep me informed every step of the way.
