Communication is the key to a successful shipment, I haired and then had to cancel a delivery with one shipper because they would not communicate with me. They promised three times that they would contact the seller for pick up. Each time he failed to follow through. I called to try to correct the problem. The phone call solidified my lack of confidence in the shipper. I was certain that my shipment would be delayed, mishandled and the shipper would not follow any of my instructions. I cancelled the shipment (still in resolution--doubt I'll ever get my money back) and relisted my item. Found Chad Harper. Wow! What a great experience. We immediately we able to come to aggreement on timeline, cost, and specifics such as how my items would be handled, packed, trasnported and eleivered. He kept me informed every step of the way.
