Working with uship and David was a new experience for me. It turned out just fine--the mattress and boxspring arrived to my son just fine. What was more difficult was the communication. I wasn't sure the shipment was actually happening--and then I had to rush to get it all together. The communication on David's end could have been a bit more prompt and the leave date occured in almost the 12th hour, but all in all, I was pleased with the outcome and would definitely do it again with David.

PICKUP DATE WAS FIGURED IN BEFORE SHE ACCEPTED THE BID. SHE WAS WORRIED BECAUSE SHE FORGOT TO MENTION THAT SHE WAS LEAVING ON THE SAME DAY AS PICKUP.EVERYTHING TURNED OUT FINE. MOST OF THESE TRANSPORTS ARE A MINIMUM OF 1200 MILES SO WE WILL TELL YOU THE DAY WE WILL PICK UP AND DELIVER BUT DO TO THE NUTURE OF WEATHER TRAFFIC AND OTHER PEOPLES SCHEDULES WE WILL NOT KNOW WHAT TIME IT WILL BE UNTIL SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE WE GET THERE.WE WILL CALL AS SOON AS WE KNOW FOR SURE.WE DO NOT PAD OUR ESTIMATES
