I bought a sofa on e-bay from someone who lived in NYC and wanted to get it delivered as a gift for my brother in Ohio. My first shipper had to cancel because his truck did not come through so I was a bit worried that I would ever get the sofa to my brother. However, Ken was my second bid and I could not be more pleased. Ken called me to make arrangements and was very professional, he made scheduled times to pick up and deliver and met those times. He was very careful with the sofa. I did not meet Ken, but my brother did and he was very impressed with him and the service. It was a pleasure working with Ken, and I would work with him again.
