We shipped a leather recliner and ottoman from Boca Raton, FL to Corpus Christie, TX. We used Darlene Brackett and they did an excellent job. There was a miscommunication within the company as far as us paying in advance (which we did) and them requesting COD from the customer upon delivery. When the issue was brought to the agent's attention, they confirmed payment was made and they will destroy my customer's check.
The price was fair and the service was excellent. I would definitely use them again.
