I purchased a wheelchair on eBay and thought I would just go pick it up. When I considered the cost I started to panic. I did a search for shipping and uShip came up. I had never heard of it before but was extremely glad it is here. I put in the information and Jim contacted me the very next day with a wonderful price that was a whole lot cheaper than it was going to cost me because I would have had to rent a car, board my dog and cat, drive down to Maryland from Buffalo, NY, pay for lodging, food. Obviously I am physically challenged so stopping at rest areas would have been a nightmare without a wheelchair. Jim and Sue were just the perfect solution to my problems. They contacted me, kept in touch with me, emailed me when I was getting nervous over spending so much sight unseen. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I now have a beautiful wheelchair that has come a long way. Thank you Jim and Sue and thank you uShip for being here. Gail
