Terry was great! We had issues getting to him. He was ready and waiting on US; we had just left a Christmas party and ran out of diesel fuel driving back to meet him. Needless to say Terry was patient, understood things happen and was very pleasant about it. Even waiting an extra 20 mins after my husband dropped me off to go get our trailer to get items into storage. Terry was good at communications, returning phone calls and generally a nice guy. I'd use him again if we need more transports.
