Lauren was the absolute best to work with. There were issues with driving the vehicle out of CA, and if it hadn't been for Lauren's tenacity, and positive spirit, it wouldn't have happened. She's friendly, very intelligent, professional, and articulate; you won't find a better person to work with. If you get the chance, go for it; you won't be disappointed. Eric made this easy. Pick up and delivery smooth, lots of communication, no problems. Would not hesitate to have Eric schedule another transport.

I just wanted to say if you are lucky enough to have Jim bid on your shipment - you should go with Jim. He took care of our RV, he winterized it en route, he kept us updated of the status of where he was and went above and beyond (he washed the RV, filled it with propane, replaced batteries, etc.). I consider ourselves fortunate to have worked with Jim and would not even consider going with anyone else if we need someone to drive any vehicle for us.
