Keys were available at the pick up location and I was instructed to drop off the vehicle at the business after hours. It doesn't get any easier than that. Shipper was very easy to work with. A+++++

Tried to get service provider to call someone to schedule pick up and said they did not offer that service. We do not man our warehouse and asked to have driver to call before coming. Never did call. Third party service leaves something to be desired
