John was absolutely incredible. When he arrived, he even helped move a bunch of boxes into my rig before it left. He is extremely courteous, and very patient (I called him numerous times on the trip to see how it was going as it was a very long trip). Everything I owned was packed in that rig, and he took the utmost of care. He even sent a pic of my rig set up at the resort when he had it in place. He also had volunteered to help with any additional things I might need - ie leveling, etc.
