I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment When I bid on this item I just read the listing information. I didn't realize there was also a 14ft dump trailer and attchments that came with it. This should have been listed as an item and not in additional information. If it was listed properly I do not think have the bidders would have bid.

Despite a communication error in the beginning the rest of the transaction went flawlessly. I was even offered a partial refund to resolve the matter without ever asking for any such thing. Shipment was picked up and delivered WAY faster than expected. The driver Rob was very kind and was more than willing to help out while I unloaded. I can't thank him enough for making it so easy. I would use them again to make any distance equipment moves in the future.

I had to do nothing but talk to them on the phone. They were quick and professional, Driver was very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about this company and would not hesitate to use them again. Only thing I can see room for improvement was it would have been nice to get a notification call to confirm delivery time but this was a very small matter and the transaction could not have gone more smoothly. A++++
