The 3 furniture piece platoon was marched right to the front door. 2 cadets were like cupcakes and the 3rd was a brut. But the infantry prevailed. Evelyn's "ARMY STRONG" husband and "DRILL SEARGENT" son were there to assist me, the commanding officer with the door stopping enemy and we captured the foyer. The rank and file was dismissed and another job well done. Thanks Evelyn for the opportunity and the generous tip. The type of shipper I go to battle for.....LOL!!!!Bernard

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

According to Jeff's agreement, he was to pick up within 16 days of contract and deliver within 14 days thereafter. That never happened. I reached him by phone once during that period and he agreed to keep me posted of his progress. That was the end of any communication from him. I tried calling him and emailing him after that. He did not respond to either method. Over a month has gone by since the agreement and he has not picked up the items nor provided me with a new date. I must cancel.

As a military family, we've worked w/ many movers. Bernard is the VERY BEST. He wrapped, secured & delivered 3 pieces of very fine Karges hand-made furniture, in perfect condition-as if it was his! A true professional! He exceeded a 5 star rating. I recommend him wholeheartedly. His communication, service, care of furniture & timeliness was excellent. He is a man of integrity. If you're lucky enough to have him as a bidder, don't hesitate to accept! You will not be disappointed by his service.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The service provider has not answered my phone messages/calls nor has he responded to my email messages. I have been unable to contact him and he has far exceeded the pick up and delivery time schedule he provided. He has been non-responsive and non-communicative. Interestingly, before it was awarded he was very quick in his responses to my questions.
