The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Once a bid is accepted we follow up a phone call with every customer to thank them for accepting our bid. We show that we communicated with this customer with not only the initial phone call but with 4 separate emails. Not sure why he is saying we did not communicated with him??

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Having attempted multiple contacts I only get a voice message that is not for me to leave a message. They say to contact them via email but not email is given on phone message. Having read other files it is clear that they have VERY poor communication and apparently from multiple cancellations people are stating that this company wants access to your credit card without stops. Unacceptable. No one gets free reign to my credit card or accounts. Full refund expected.
