Great, great communication. A delay in the pick up of the VW resulted in a delay in transporting the VW from NC to PA. Communication with the shipper's associate was top notch. I like northern PA and will use almost any excuse to get up there in the mountains. I hope to work with them again. Thanks for the business and know that Great Lakes Transport, LLC will always treat you right!!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I delivered a car for him from Pa to Sc and he never paid me. He instead reported the second car I had stolen to the police to get it back without paying.Delivery date is 12/21 on his ad and he became irate with me and the Uship rep he spoke with and had no reason to cancel or call the police when I've delivered one and sent him pics of the other to insure that it didn't have one single mile on it which was a concern he questioned me about so he is way out of line and owes atleast 350.

I am pursuing legal action for the theft of one vehicle and its damages that Elite Hauling used while in there possession and did not deliver any vehicles. Uship reimbursed me for the deposit. I have police record of theft. Elite never made any attempt to rectify payments for damages to my vehicle left in his state of VA.

John, It was my pleasure working with you but I cannot take all the credit for this going as smooth as it did. The rest of the credit goes to you. You took the time to let me explain how the proses works and didn't just look at the bottom line price. To many people just want the cheapest price and that does not work most of the time. As you saw we do try to keep the cost down the best we can but we cannot always be the lowest and still get cars transported. Again I thank you & Happy Holidays!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Provider lied continuosly about his location, where our vehicles are located and delivery promises. No tracking of load as profile states. Vehchiles seem to be 'separated' and I question if he has dismounted the 2003 Ford van for his or his famil's personal use. I have acuarate milege of these vehicles and will note it. Provider seems like he loaded our vehicles in PA and never made any efforts to travel in the delivery direction od SC. Services were better than most, prompt, communications were fast and accurate. Good price. We did not get jacked around with pricing, etc. We will use tez again.
