We were really let down by this person.Our group was giving away a Honda Minitrail to a brain cancer patient and it was to happen on July 4th,2011.Lovelander said they could have shipment there by Sat. the 2nd. After i accepted their bid of 249.00 they would not answer phone or emails. Shame on you ! Letting down a poor 12yr old kid with cancer.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This shipper (lovelander) communicated great until i accepted quote and then would not answer emails or phone calls.I had explained to them that this was a Must before accepting since we were to award a brain cancer patient with a minibike on July 4th and they have not only let us down but this poor kid who was to receive this bike built specially for him by our group.

Thank you for your second cancellation in a week. He didn't own this bike either.....and couldn't come up with a way to pay for it.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped It was no problem with the shipper, it was the seller of the bike that had misrepresented it. I was able to speak with the prior owner and he told me about the problems with this particular bike that the seller was hiding from me. If i get another chance i highly recommend the shipper i had chosen.

A nice guy, he just accepted my bid BEFORE he owned the bike that needed to be moved.....then the deal fell apart.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider All i received was there email address and no contact number.They were to be leaving Portland on the 27th so i scrambled to accept and made arrangements with the pickup location for that day but never heard from Kelley.
