This customer had a lot of patience--we had complications on the shipping aspect and on how to wrap the contents correctly for the best shipment. We worked it out and changed from ground to freight- the freight was wrapped and prepared well so it got out and shipped with ease.

Mr. Follis was quite the ultimate professional. I appreciated his eager enthusiasm, promptness and precision to detail. The vehicle was being delivered (from Georgia to Alabama) to my elderly 78 year old mother - the look on her face when his transport vehicle pulled up in front of her home, remains priceless!:-) Thank you once again for a job well done.

Oh, my God! The service rendered during this shipment was nothing short of SUPERB...
I have to admit, initially, I was a bit skeptical about the entire ordeal for three reasons: It was the internet, no face to face contact, and the ratings on the shipper was not 100%.
I quickly got over each of those as I begin to communicate with the owner.
He is the greatest! He was always available, professional, and extremely determined to under promise, but OVER DELIVER in service and results.
