The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Montway missed their 5-6 day window to begin with. It took them so long to get a shipper here that I missed my daughter's college graduation out of state and lost $500 on the non-refundable airline ticket to get there.
I gave Montway lots of warning in writing before booking the shipment that I had specific deadlines because of my daughter's graduation. I selected them because they insisted my deadlines were not an issue for them. Every time I called they had another excuse and finally h

Great price, great communications. Bike arrived in the same condition as when he picked it up. Took great care wrapping the windshield so it wouldn't get damaged. Will use Mike again!!!!
