Excellent customer service and the furniture arrived in perfect condition. Jackie kept me informed on progress throughout her trip and was willing to help with dining room table assembly once the shipment arrived. There were a couple of loose bolts found, which she offered to research to find out what they were for. We figured out later that they went to the underneath portion of a chair, unrelated to the move. Anyway, great friendly service, highly recommended!
