A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper had a change in their logistics and could not pick-up the item. The shipper did courteously apologize for the inconvenience. However, this change of plan is no issue of mine, and I do not feel I should be charged fees for a change I did not initiate. Please charge me no fees.

David was conveniently ahead of schedule, did a complete safety and preparedness check on my rig prior to towing, kept me "in the loop" every step of the way, and was a pleasurable individual to work with. Next tow - I'm calling him first to see if he is available.
