Booked over a month in advance but could not nail down pickup date/time up until a few days before it happened (which was 3 days after my last acceptable pick up date). Repeatedly promised a destination drop off time the following week. Frequent calls to get the details on drop off were fruitless other then - we will call the morning it is on the way. It eventually arrived 4 days after the date promised when booking, when the car was picked up, and on multiple phone calls. Subcontracted.
Response from Montway:
We apologize for the customer’s experience, however based on the feedback; it appears there is a misunderstanding of the contract the customer accepted and agreed to at booking. Montway informs customers that trucking schedules are not available a month in advance. Pickup occurs within a 1-5 day window of the 1st available date. Vehicle was picked up on the 3rd day. Delivery dates are estimated because no one in this industry can predict problems that may occur when driving across country.
