I'm an occasional heavy-item shipper. My one uShip experience went well; it was in the dead of inter and I shipped a crated small pedal car with an electric motor to a buyer in the deep south and the trucker was very gracious throughout the experience on snow and ice, even assisting in the loading. The buyer was likewise complimentary upon receipt of the crate. The entire shipping experience was pleasant, even given the bitter-cold weather. Even being a novice, I'd have no problem contacting uShip whenever I have such a bulky item again. I had a bit of trepidation in my initial effort contacting uShip as I had never dealt with such a large and heavy (including the crate) shipment, but all worked well. Thank you again to all concerned. It isn't often one ships a complete automobile, albeit a small one with pedal and electric power ... but given the current situation with fuel prices, perhaps we'll see more and more of this sort of item cross the auction blocks. I'm a minicar aficionado.
