Dirt road 1/2 mile off main state highway. Roads are smooth and hardpacked. Easy to get to from Myrtle Beach, or off I-95 thru Florence and down Rte 9. Right off Hy 9 1 mile and right again, 1/2 mile.
Easy pick up, larger residential property.
Same is true in Bokeelia, Fla , second residence.
