The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Tom did a fantastic job getting to the pickup site, unfortunately he lost reverse gear in his truck attempting to back his trailer up. Forward gears worked fine, but he did not want to load the tractor and cause further strain on his transmission. He called me right away and told me what was up, then limped his truck back home. Called me again , 2 days later and said his tranny is shot and needs to be removed and replaced, expecting to take more than a couple weeks. He suggested I cancel the shi
