Dion was FABULOUS! He picked up my chairs at the exact time he had given; began providing updates on his progress that day and called me each day to let me know when he anticipated delivery. My furniture was delivered within 30 minutes of his communication (WOW!) and undamaged. This is my first experiance with uShip and I have already recommended it to several friends. I will most certainly call Dion if I ever need to ship anything again! GREAT JOB!
