Great experience! Tony was very good with communications and moving our furniture. He is a great guy, was very responsive and paid attention to my concerns regarding protecting the mattresses and furniture. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only negative is that his help to unload at the destination was his girlfriend and she wasn't exactly strong enough to help unload the furniture. My brother in-law had to help unload because he feared the furniture would get scratched.

We had a bit of a rough start with because they told me they would do the pick up at Noon and it was 3pm and they hadn't shown up or given us a call. Hours later, someone finally contacted me to tell me that the driver had driven too long already and and the pickup was at 8pm. Guys who picked up were very polite and courteous. I didn't hear from them until a couple of hours before they showed up to deliver. Their communications needs improving but they did a decent job for the money.
