A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

It was a pleasure doing business with you. Dave delivered what he promised, picked up and delivered when he said he would with good communication, an altogether professional. My artwork arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Dave Harkins and would use him again.

Al and his partner did an excellent job of moving my dining room buffet from Chicago to Los Angeles in an amazingly short time, like three days including a stop along the way in Denver. They were prompt in picking up at the time scheduled and careful in loading and unloading; they were friendly, professional and just nice guys I would definitely use them again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Originally arranged for pickup on Nov. 12 at 8:00 a.m. On Nov. 10, Kurt Wetzler called and said he was not able to pick up on Nov. 12. I told him the next time I was available was on Nov. 20. He said "maybe" he could do that or "maybe" on Nov. 21. I responded by saying "maybes" do not cut it, that I needed a definite pickup date, not just a "maybe." He said he would call me back. I have yet to hear from him and it is now Nov. 16. I want to cancel with this shipping company because of his inabili

I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from Gary. I shipped 9 pieces of family furniture from the Chicago area to my daughter in Los Angeles. He carefully wrapped everything in blankets. Because his big truck could not make it down my narrow, curvy side street, he left the truck on the main road and walked each and every piece from my garage, a half mile, in the rain, to where he had to leave his truck. That was service above and beyond! And a heck of a nice guy too.
