Steve is a great communicator. My shipment was enroute durning the extreme weather in S. Calif. There was a change of plans due to highway conditions. Steve had to drive an extra 150 miles or more, and a day of his time, to deliver my table. He emailed me, phoned, or text messaged me, at every step of the way, and durning the planning stages. My table was secure inside his covered truck. AND he was very pleasant after all the problems that the weather created. I would recommend him highly.
