Mike was very polite and friendly. Easy to contact on status though E-mail. After Mike pick up my 4 wheeler, he kept in close communication with me on arrival times. The 4 wheeler was securely tied down to his trailer, and easy to unload. The 4 wheeler didn't come with any scratches or dents from his shipping. Had no problems. I'd use him again, and give him 2 thumbs up!! Jody
