Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward

John did an excellent job for me. He gave my shipment TLC and he was so fast. Pick up on day I accepted his bid and delivery and SET UP of item I shipped on the next! He professionally packed numerous loose items and help set up this complex bird enclosure. He cleaned up all the packing supplies when he left and was just in general a supper nice guy. The pick up went great as well, the shipper found him professional, prompt, friendly and a good at communication. I'd use him again.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The Shipper told me he had subcontrated the shipping out to someone else because he did not have money to rent a truck. Also the delivery date is now uncertain and he stated he was thinking of getting out of this whole business as he had not money to rent a truck, etc. I am going to find a new shipper. Thanks

Wow...I'm here to do her load and because it wouldn't be there in 2 days she is being rude...I had customer bounce a $1,500 check on me and sput $3,000 in account to cover it but bank canceled my card during credit cunch nationally...re-ordered and it'll be here in 5-7 days...this lady is mean spirited but acted nice on phone until she didn't get her way and economy effected me so she want's to slander me for a $300 bird cage???
Hope she get's help on her shipment and she treats her bird better
