What a mess.... Carl stated two guys tried to pick up his vehicle with a non-plated vehicle which is not true, there is only one driver. We picked up and delivered as we stated in our bid. Communication was minimal on both sides.

In all of my years of dealing with vehicle shippers, I have never dealt with someone who lacks honesty and misrepresents the truth, until RRAutotrans. Richard clearly lacks the ability to understand that communication is the key to a successful business. Also, calling a paying client a "liar" in lieu of investigating their claims gives an indication of how RRAutoTrans does business. If it wasn't for the bad apples we couldn't appreciate the good guys, for which there are many on uShip.com.

Jonathan is not your "typical" shipper. He truly cares about his customers and their valued property that he is relocating on their behalf. Jonathan took the time to personally coordinate both pickup and delivery on both ends. He even went as far as renting a second trailer to ensure my vehicle was delivered on a Sunday (three days ahead of schedule) to help with my work schedule. Thank you! Job well done.

Communication issues and unresolved frustrations. RRAutoTrans was quick to communicate before I accepted his bid. After accepting RRAutoTrans was nowhere to be found. I tried to communicate via phone and e-mail, even expressing the urgency of the situation when two guys in a non-plated vehicle wanted to pick-up and drive my vehicle with no car carrier. These guys were legitimate and delivered the vehicle from Los Angeles to Chicago in just over 2 days! But can't recommend, too many frustrations.

What are you talking about? Non-plated trucks? You must be confused with a different company.
