Absolutely flawless transaction! Kevin Schultz of Engines Direct Brokered the haul through R&L Carriers. Kevin was straight forward, didn't try to add any "BS" charges, gave me a fair price, got the job done right and on time. The Drivers, wish I could remember their names, at both the pick-up and drop-off were more than helpful! I would use them again and highly recommend their services. Jim is a nice guy. He actually made the pick up late, the delivery was 2 days late, and he was very hard to contact. I won't leave him a negative feedback, nor a positive. He said he was having some type of vehicle trouble due to getting bad fuel. He did cut $150.00 off the agreed price for the trouble it caused for me. Jim, I wish you the best of luck, but, you definitely need to answer your phone and do a better job of keeping the customer informed.

Yes I was having mechanical problems. I also had it in to 3 dealerships along the way. The pickup was set with the seller who said the first was better for him. I thought I let you know pretty much where I was all the time and what was going on up till the last bit of the trip and I had explained in advance about the wonderful world of nextel that I didn't have a signal but your calls were returned. I thought you had said in your email that said no need to rush and put you the car or any one els

Him and his wife arrived at my front door, on the date and time they had agreed upon, with a Truck delivered in the same condition it was in when he picked it up.
