After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer It's not fair that they cancelled and I'm losing 10% of my money. I don't want a credit but a full refund. We agreed on a weekday delivery and he changed his mind because it wasn't convenient even after I made arrangements for a Sunday delivery.

That isn't exactly true. We canceled because the recipient was treating Lisa like a dog. I refused to move the load based on his attitude.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The pickup date was delayed a week. Service provider said the heater core had to be replaced on his truck. When the service provider did show up, it was obvious that the car would not fit on the available space due to other preloaded items on the trailer. I do not plan on using uShip within the next year and I am requesting a refund and not a credit of money already paid.

Excellent service! Highly recommend! Rick was very professional and the communication was perfect. He did a very thorough inspection at pickup and delivery. The trailer was delivered promptly and he worked with me to make it convient for my schedule at delivery. I would highly recommand Rick for all your shipping needs!
