I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Make contact with customer after booking shipment. Customer had no pickup address for items to be transported. Four and a half hours later after several calls and voicemail I still have no address for pickup and no response from customer. Unfortunately I cannot sit and wait for $100 shipment 4 hours to get in a dress that should have been supplied upon booking.

This delivery was realy great, i was given coffee and a snack , and paid at delivery site. IF anyone has the opportunity to deliver to Rodger,dont miss out on a first class shipper. THANKS again Rodger.

Jason was terrific. He communicated with me excellently and kept me informed. He kept me updated the best of any Ushipper I have ever used. He also was very kind and respectful. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.
