EXTREMELY STRESSFUL AND VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Both drivers and owner of Mateo Transportation did not answer phone or return multiple calls. We accepted bid because they promised they "could deliver by 1st or 2nd." Cart was not delivered till July 4th, only after U-Ship contacted and Police Report filed. Driver was involved in accident and DID NOT COMMUNICATE any delays. Cart was damaged in transport.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I can not reach anyone directly, phone calls are not answered or returned. Response from freightallkinds: We are sorry about the missed pickup. We have terminated the dispatcher who we have had for over 3 years. New managers Now.
