The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment There booking request was listed improperly and I didn't notice it until I booked the job. The booking request indicates that both the pick-up and delivery are in Grosse Pointe, Michigan BUT the pick-up is actually in New York City. The shipper is was expecting to do a local delivery but and he can not do this delivery from New York to Michigan, so I need to cancel. No work has been performed (he was going to pick-up on Tuesday 9/3) and the payment has not been released. Please cancel the

Very nice and very reliable shipper. Great communication throughout. They picked up my chairs as scheduled, wrapped and protected them carefully at pick-up and delivered them to a happy recipient. Highly recommended. I look forward to using PennAntique again.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EVER !! My beautiful mid-century credenza which survived for half a century but could not survive a trip with HomeDirectUSA. IT WAS SMASHED to pieces. And somehow as 72" credenza which was to go from NY to Nebraska with blanket wrap service and with a 2-man crew -- blah, blah, blah, was somehow put in a cardboard box WITHOUT ANY PADDING OR PROTECTION AT ALL !! NOTHING !It arrived broken into pieces. Legs, doors, handles, top, EVERY SINGLE PIECE WAS BROKEN. DON'T USE THEM !
