I have made several attempts to call and several emails have been sent. I received one email wanting a written contract. When I emailed him back to talk bout it never got anything in return. I cant sit and wait. I have other shipments to go out for people that keep in contact.
Response from Niels H.:
The only reason shipment was cancelled was the fact that provider lost the load going out to Texas. There was at least two weeks time left before he was going to be there. Lack of communication maybe a little but certainly not a reason to cancel.

Nice people to work with. Kept me informed on the progress and let me know when Jack was an half hour away from the destination. He put the trailer right were we wanted it and he is just a super nice guy. Nice "rig" too! Even though it was already dark, I could see his sharp looking truck. My in-laws are so happy to have the trailer back at their house! Thanks again for taking such good care of this transport. I will definitely recommend you for transports any time it is needed!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Provider claims he can not get in contact with me. My email is working and so is my cell phone. I have not received any calls from him or voice mails or any regular email that he can not get a hold of me.
He need him to fullfill his contract as quoted.
