Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time My MC Authority and Compay's Identity has been fraudulently used by a broker in Holmen, WI to illegally obtain freight and the FMCSA has requested that I temporarily suspend my operating authority until they can reslove the matter. Sorry, wish it could have worked out.

If you ever want to ship anything at all Jerome and Helping Hand is the way to go. This shipment that I had was not an easy one but Jerome and his company made it very easy. The constant communication from pick-up to delivery was second to none. The cargo as brought right to my backdoor and right on time plus in perfect condition. I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The driver has informed me that he will not be able to have my shipment to me by the time that I requested. Good guy wish things could have worked out.
