There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved We placed 3 bids, 1 for 1 unit, 1 for 2 units, and 1 for 3 units. The shipper accepted the bid for 1 unit but, wanted 2 done for the 1 unit price, in which we cannot do. Therefore, we approve this cancellation.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I've been in contact with this customer every step of the. We have been emailing each other back-and-forth we had a problem. With a vehicle that we are using. I missed one phone call from him this morning and he got mad.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment because of rising cost of fuel i am no longer able to accomadate this shipment.called and tried to work it out with the shipper he was rude and very unprofessional.which is understandable to a point,but he was over the top.So at that point i do not feel comfortable continuing with this shipment let alone the seller

Shipper had no intent to deliver. Called me only after the shipment was suppose to be here to tell me he had made a mistake in bidding. Then blamed it on fuel prices! Wanted more money!!! Bottom line...... Be very wary of this hauler... I think anyone would be very upset that has been waiting a week and a half for there shipment to find out the hauler wants more money. Give me a break. Have been in business for 49 years and never have had this problem.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipment was not picked up by K-Jay Towing LLC. I have asked them to call me multiple times. They have never contacted me. I am going to get other transportation.

My vehicle was delivered when promised and in great condition. They are very good people to deal with. Everything was tracked and delivered in a timely manner. You can call anytime and they will let you know when and where your shipment it located. Great folks to do business with. Randy

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The hauler has his tow vehicle broke down and we have already gone and picked up 2 of the rigs ourselves. It has been almost a month since we purchased these rigs and they are for resale.
