Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward We absolutely won't try to convince someone to cancel through uship who we just won a listing with. It is a misunderstanding, as we take all efforts to avoid cancellations including losing money, if we underquote the bids. We were going to send the customer the contract for the amount that is due directly to us which is $2,262 but the customer did not understand the agent correctly and thought otherwise. We are still eager to fulfill this load for the customer and rectify any misunderstanding

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment My bid was for tow away service and after arrival at shipper and inspection of the trailer, we made the decision that the trailer is not road-worthy and unsafe to tow on public highways. Customer was informed and he agreed to look for other ways of transporting his trailer.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider This company y tried to go around uShip and told me he could do this for $2600 directly. Wanted to send me a new contract to sign and pay another deposit...I do not trust him

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I told these people that I did not think it could be towed...if you look in the ad I state that!!! Now you want to keep $254.99 of my money??? I don't think so!!! They are nice people BUT...this is BS.

Very poor customer service...do not waste your time...pickup up on the 13th of March after several delays and it is now the 4th of April and no delivery...no returned emails or phone calls...promised 6 days? 22 days out and no delivery in sight...Blames everyone else...we paid you the $$$...the Buck stops with you...We are done. Watch out for this one...read his negative feedback...my fault...I did not.

this guy is blaming us for a carriers fault to deliver witn the time frame they give us... all transit days are estimated not guaranteed.. look at all the other great feed backs we have and we have been uships service provider of the month 4 times since august of 2010. we do the best we can do to make sure all customers are happy,but you cant make everyone happy...
