The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I thought this was going to work out well. I got contact info as soon as I accepted, and it looked like a pretty quick turnaround.
Pickup was arranged for Wednesday, September 7th between 12PM-2PM. I asked for updates about the pickup (in Michigan) at 1057 (no reply) and again at 1444. At 1444, the shipper texted that he was injured by a falling desk, noting he was still in Ohio. His foot was swollen and he was uncertain about his ability to drive.
On Thursday, he noted he still wasn't

As good as it gets. Travis was great to work with on both ends of the trip and all along the way. The seller complemented me on the choice of shippers. That’s one end of the transaction you can’t control and he nailed it.
Communications were great end to end. E-mail, text, and voice. No surprises. Once here, Travis got the large industrial speakers bought into the house on a very sturdy dolly.
Travis should be at the top of your preferred shipper list. He’s at the top of mine!
