Bike arrived safely but I had to drive 40 miles to freight terminal and pick up myself otherwise bike would have been delayed to 14 days from pick-up to delivery. Contract called for delivery to my door within 10 days of pickup. Poor communication, do not answer emails and it took 3 days to get a response from them after I booked the shipment. Several phone calls before someone answered. Still getting tracking updates even though the bike has been in my posession for several days.

Customer was rude from beginning he states he sent me emails but we keep records of all incoming emails. This guy kept replying to an email address that is just for outgoing emails. I know your fingers are not broke and I know your phone works so the communication problem lies with you. We did what we were hired for you got what you paid for, cant help it if you don't call us or email us @ the right address.

Excellent service! Larry and Mary picked up on short notice and delivered early for a very good price. Bike arrived in the condition it left. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use their service again.
