I did not show up at agreed upon date and time This customer was asked for more time Because the one and only Cargo van that could handle this item broke down right before Christmas when our driver was to pickup this item. He was giving all communication VIA (Phone when AVL, Text Email). He called fussing after Christmas, Telling me he wanted the Service Dealers name. So he could call, Fuss at them and to hurry up, I GUESS? Sorry you may not invade privacy laws. We our in route to TX As of Today And we still intend on picking this item up!

Service providers bid was accepted 12/14 with a promise to pick-up by 12/19... Never picked up, ignored phone calls & messages left. On 12/26 I gave the service provider a final chance - however I need to know WHEN you will pick-up. He still had no answer.. I fired him & within minutes relisted shipment. Honesty is paramount, thecheaperrate service provider is uncommunicative & full of excuses.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Please be advised your load is terminated and you have been fired. I can tell after years of being in business when I am being lied to as well as strung along. I would strongly suggest you rethink how you deal with clients & commitments. Being confrontational with a client on the phone who has been patient for over 12 days and still being unable to state a definitive day for pick-up is unprofessional to say the least.
