The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The person I was buying the automobile rotisserie from, backed out of our deal. Before contacting UShip, I asked the seller, if I could use UShip to pick up and deliver the rotisserie to me. He told me it would work for him. I put my shipment up for bid and found a shipper at a price I could afford. I contacted the seller and wanted to get him paid before the shipper arrived this Tuesday or Wednesday. I had the cashiers check from the bank and received his mailing address late Friday night.

An emergency came up with the customer on the receiving end. Mikel was very professional and we worked together to contact someone else to get the pallet picked up. He kept me in constant contact with tracking info of the pallet going out to it's destination and thru the remainder of the delivery. I am happy with the service I received from FREIGHTLTL and already lining up another pallet for them to ship for me.

Very friendly and took care with my shipment and wrapped parts up in blankets.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper was having trailer brake problems and could not fulfill shipment on date agreed upon. I was willing to extend date another 7 days, but would not work with shipper's schedule.
